Resource Management

Both as a solicitor and a barrister, I have had constant involvement in issues under the Resource Management Act, and the variety of legislation that proceeded it, for applicants, consent authorities, other public bodies, submitters, and others.

 

I have experience in, and can be instructed in the following areas:

• Enforcement orders, declarations, abatement notices and prosecutions.
